Privacy Policy — Vibe Tower Defense

Vibe Tower Defense ("the app") is developed by Vibe Tower Defense ("we," "us"). This policy explains what data the app touches and why.

What the app collects

The app itself collects no data of its own. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no network requests to any server we operate.

The only data handling in the app comes from Apple Game Center, which the app uses for:

• Leaderboards — your best wave reached and most enemies killed in Endless mode, submitted under your Game Center player identity.
• Achievements — progress toward in-game milestones (e.g. clearing a difficulty tier), reported under your Game Center player identity.

Game Center sign-in, and all data associated with your Game Center identity, is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We never see, store, or have access to your Game Center account, your real name, your email address, or any other personal information — Apple's Game Center servers hold that data, not us.

Game Center is entirely optional. If you decline to sign in (or aren't signed in to Game Center on your device), the app works exactly the same, just without leaderboards/achievements syncing.

What we don't do

• We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs — the app links only Apple's own frameworks (GameKit, SpriteKit, AVFoundation, SwiftUI/UIKit).
• We don't run our own servers, so there is no data transmitted anywhere except directly between your device and Apple's Game Center service.
• We don't sell, rent, or share any data, because we don't collect any to begin with.
• We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Local data

The app saves your progress (unlocked abilities, difficulty tiers beaten, an in-progress Endless run, ability/gem loadout, sound settings) locally on your device only, using standard iOS app storage. This data never leaves your device except via Apple's own iCloud device backup, if you have that enabled — we have no access to it.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Game Center itself has its own age-appropriate protections, managed by Apple (see Apple's Game Center privacy documentation).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
